Petit Nord has become well known for its shoes in natural materials for babies and toddlers. In this separate "more shoes" collection you will find all the different shoe lines we design, which are not connected to a full collection including helmets and mittens.

All these lines of shoes are made in natural materials like lamb, goat, pig and calf skins.

The design ideas for the separate more shoes collection are all the same. To design soft, durable and unique shoes different from the mainstream products with a high quality and all made of natural breathable materials, inside and outside.

soft suede shoes

One line is a design of a very soft suede skin shoe, which comes in many classic and soft colours, for both summer and winter seasons. This is a popular shoe which is made for newborns up to 3 year old children.

classic look

Another line is more ‘French’ in the design and not a typically Nordic shoe design. It is a fine shoe for the babies baptism ceremony and comes in soft pastel shades but can also be used for dressing up and is, maybe, more suitable in classic brown, gold or silver. We make the shoe in two models, one classic closed shoe with shoe laces and one more open shoe with a strap closing. All shoes in this line have a cotton lining and a cotton inside sole.

Petit Nord takes a stand when it comes to animal welfare, work conditions/child labour and material purity. All Petit Nord designs are produced in the EU to secure highest possible ethical and safety standards.

the first shoe

All the shoes in the "more shoes" collection can be used as the babies first shoe. In the design of these shoes the focus has been on comfortable softness and babies well being.

Shoes in this collection are made from new born and only up to 2-3 years old children.
